Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks on valuation of tithes 1627/3/8 - 1632/7/31: (on the topic of assignation) .

Short abstracts, forming a chronological series 1629-1632 (fol. 2r-12r). There follow four items of 1627 (fol. 12r-v). The individual items have subject matter headings. The first one is written above the first item, but all subsequent headings are written in the left margin, and all by the same scribe who wrote the main text. At the end of each item, the parties are mentioned, and thereafter the date. Comparisons to parallel reports by Durie and Auchinleck of Balmanno and Robert Spottiswoode showed no direct correspondence in the wording

No. of pages: Fol. 2r-12v
