Acta litigationis Scotiae (and other materials). Derives from the same source as Charters nr. 5122-5643.
A collection of various papers 1615-1744, mainly case papers (e.g. documents handed in as evidence) presented to the Court of Session for parties in a great number of litigations pending in court 1650 ss., but the documents of evidence are of course in part older than 1650. I have shortly browsed through the volume. All 'Informationes' and every 'Memorandum' which caught my eye only dealt with facts and evidence. None referred to sources or literature of law
