Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1611/7/13 - 1612(?) .

Written by a hand different from the previous. Abstracts of decisions, many of them not dated. The few which are dated show a chronological order. It thus seems probable that the undated ones belong to the same time period as the dated ones. Often not even the parties are named. Last date on p. 115: 'Comprysing. 3 Junii 1612. Ane creditor havand raised lettres wpon registrat band and comprysed be ane oficer certain goods ...' [{i}no parties' names. Thereafter no more dates at all{/i}]
