First, ther is ane generall that no summonds can be called before the Lords whill the first day of compeirance be bygone, except allanerlie in receaveing of witnesses, which may be called wpon the verie first day of compeirance. Item the lyk order is keeped in calling of acts, which cannot be called wpon the first day of compeirance.
