Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1621-1642 (digest, alphabetical) 'Adjudication' .

Old pagination in ink. Arranged by alphabetised keywords. The items are dated, but names of parties are rare. Year dates seen: 1622/1/30 (pag. 28) - 1642/7/15 (pag. 321). Also pag. 266 near the end of keyword 'Removeings' 1642/2/8. Also pag. 299, under the keyword 'Summonds', year date 1642/2/15. The text does not correspond to the one in Edinburgh, NL Scotland, Adv.MS.6.2.6.

Originally, this copy lacked text after the actual pages 166 and 266. Therefore pag. 167-202 and pag. 267-284 were written by another hand.

In pag. 266 the author is mentioned in the third person singular (near the end of title 'Removeings', in a report of a case dated 1637/7/28): 'Item ane air ... But as Durie observeth, this retrotraction is not without difficultie ...'.

In pag. 207 a case report is dated 'Januarie 1666' (under the keyword 'Lectus aegritudinis'). This case report must be a late addition if the scribe did not garble its date: 'Item one haveing granted ane band of ane blank soume ... reduceable at the aires instance ex eo capite. This was so found betuixt the Laird of Drum and his mother and Seton and the young Laird of Touch(?).'.

Another late date (or garbled date) was appended to yet a second case report of 1628/6/8, under the same keyword, on p. 208: 'The contrare found', with date 1665/12/16.
