At this tyme the Ordinarie Lords of Sessione wer Thomas Earle of Melros secretar president, Sir Alexander Hay of Forresterseat, Sir Androw Hamiltone of Boidhous, Sir Alexander Livi(ng)stoune of Kilsyde, Sir William Oliphant of Newbotel Advocat, David Lord Carnegie, Johne Earle of Lawderdale, Sir Alexander Gibsone of Durrie, Mr. Thomas Hendersone of Chesters, Sir Johne Hamiltone of Magdelenis Clerk Register, Sir Archibald Napper of Merchiestone (extraordinar?) deput, Sir Richard Cockburne of Clerkingstone Lord Privie Seall, Sir James Skein of Curriehill, Sir Androw Flescher of Innerpeffer, Sir George Erskein of Innerteill and Sir Georg Hay of Kinfawnes Chancellar. The extraordinars wer Johne Lord Erskeine, Robert Lord Melvill master of Elphinstone and Sir Robert Spotswood of Newabay [{i}Sir George Auchinleck of Balmanno is not listed{/i}].

Clerks: Sir William Scot of (E)lie and Mr. William Scot conjoyned with him, Mr. Alexander Gibsone of Durrie, Mr. Jon Hay of Eisterkennet and Mr. Alexander Hay his sone conjoynit with him. Charles succeidit.

Upon the 15 Feb. 1626. Sir James Skeine of Curriehill was electit president, being recommendit be the kings letter.

17 June 1526 Mr. Thomas Hope of Craighall was upon a patent under the Privie Seall and the kings letter direct to the Sessione receaved conjunct Advocat to the king, with Sir William Oliphant.
