Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1621-1642 (digest, alphabetical) 'Adjudication' .

Anonymous and without title. Faded ink. Arranged under alphabetised keywords. Within each keyword, the decisions are usually - but not always - chronologically arranged. The text is heavily anglicised. Date of the earliest decision which caught my eye: 1621/7/12. Year date of the youngest decisions which I saw: 1642. A 20th c. note on a loose sheet of paper in the volume describes the contents as follows: 'Dictionary of Decisions, Court of Session, arranged under subjects, alphabetically, 1621-1642 and 1662'
