Acta criminalia Scotiae : Court of Justiciary

Acta criminalia Scotiae: Court of Justiciary (digest of selected proceedings and decisions 1536/7/24 - 1573/11/18). The volume is divided into sections, separately paginated, each ending with its own list of contents.

Entirely in Latin. The Digest is subdivided in sections AA, BB, CC, DD, etc. to section XX. Each section has its own pagination and is usually followed by its own short index. The Digest is bound in three volumes: sections AA - GG, sections HH - PP, sections QQ - XX. At the end of the last volume, those indexes of the sections which have preceded are copied, and indexes for the sections which have none are supplied
