Formularium - Scottish Styles .

No title, but much space on fol. 2r was left free, probably to write an ornate title, or even to insert a drawing. Many leaves have been cut out, in several places. The documents usually contain neither date nor parties names. Many documents are issued under King James I, and I saw none from King Charles I. The Catalogue says that dates range from 1618 - 1625, but the handwriting uses traits which only became common in the second half of the 17th century. The collection contains many documents of court procedure
