Author(s):
Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1621-1642 (digest, alphabetical) 'Adjudication' (preparatory notes: incomplete collection of draft notes for lettes A - E).
Short notes of Practicks, collected under alphabetically arranged keyword titles. Hastily written, with many abbreviations, particularly difficult to read. Some entries mention dates from the years 1620 and 1630. One date 1642/2/10 (title 'Escheats'), another one mentions 1657/3/25, also in the title 'Escheats'. The latter date is perhaps due to a scribal error, or maybe an addition from later times.
No mention of the author, and no title. Much space is left blank - probably to be used for further completion of this Repertory.
