Formularium - Scottish Styles 'I, A.B., ... grant me to have borrowed and received' (mainly judicial, with explanations of pertinent procedural practice).

No author mentioned, and no title. Space was left on page 1 for an ornate title, but this space was later used for a possessor's note. Closely related to the work in MS GD45/26/68. The collection consists mainly of judicial styles. It is structured by subject headings, and explanations are interspersed. No dates, no parties' names. Royal documents are issued under kings named Charles and James, only. Written by only one scribe, neatly, on one type of paper only.

[{i}Pag. 73, explanations interspersed (sample):{/i}] Ther are tuo other sorts of heretabell bonds: one is nothing different from a moveabell band except in this one.

[{i}Last item:{/i}] Sumonds att the instance of etc. against ane heretor, for payment of the teynd dewties and teynd bolls. Charles, etc. Shown to us be etc. and his tutors ... 'and seasine therof in all poynts', etc. - or else to alleadge etc. 'with certificatione' etc., here to insert the second dyett
