Decisiones curiae supremae Scotiae - Practicks 1621-1642: (1621/7/11 - 1630) .

No mention of the author, and no title. Hasty handwriting by only one scribe, in pale ink. An even more hasty hand has added summaries in the margins, in darker ink. The individual items are numbered 1-1178. They usually end with the name of the court clerk. Language: many particularities of old Scots grammar and spelling are still retained. Pagination runs from 1 to 300, thereafter ca. 400 pages without numbering. Quires of usually 16 pages. Many quires have quire numbers. The last quire in the volume consists of merely 12 pages and bears the number 48. The volume has thus ca. 760 pages
