All redeemable annuells may be redeemed be pairt of 10 for the 100: James 6, P. 12, co. 135. Decydit betuixt Lennox and McCalinmow(?), 10 Dec. 1628 Wyffis. In ane actione of double poynding, raised be Thomas Jonstoune of Howburnemile against M(argare)t Hepburne, relict of umquhile Patrick Home of Westinstoune, on the one pairt and Johne Home of etc. and his curators on the wther pairt ... the Lords ordained M(argare)t Hepburne to be anssered and obeyed. 15 Feb. 1637.
