Lectura Decretalium: fragm. (possibly on X.2.13.12) . Fragment on a commentary on Decretales, quoting X.1.7 as 'supra' and X.2.13.19 as 'infra' - thus somewhere inbetween. No explicit mention of Liber Sextus (a.1298), thus saec. XIII. The author cross-refers to passages in a 'Summa' on the Decretales without indicating its author - thus he probably means a Summa written by himself. Two prominent authors saec. XIII published as well a Summa and also a detailed Lectura on the Decretales, namely Goffredus de Trano and Hostiensis cardinalis (Henricus de Segusio). The latter's works were most widely disseminated, so his Lectura should be collated to the fragment first. If this were to fail, then the works of Goffredus should be collated next. I have checked Goffredus on X.2.13.12 and found no correspondence (http://mosaico.cirsfid.unibo.it/?page=manuscript-viewer&lib=1&image=/var/mosaico_images/Bertram/266/big/092.tif).

Text sample from beginning: exceptionem opponunt, potest conservator procedere contra tales ut hic, scilicet secundum d.ii. Debet tamen advertere qualitatem facti ... (First third of second column:) Et de hac materia plene notatur in Summa, de treuga et pace 'Quid si iustum bellum' ... (Near end of second column:) Dic de hac materia ut notatur plene in Summa, de sententia excommunicationis § Quas sb., § Et pura. [Underlined quotation of word(s) from text in question, at end of second column:] Defendendos. Ideo forma R(escripti?) diligenter consideranda (Possible lemmata on verso side:) Nec ad alia. Iudicialem indaginem. Nec ad alia (again). Que iudicialem
