Lectura de iure naturali
Author(s):
Lectura de iure naturali , probably based on the book {i}De officio hominis et civis{/i} by Samuel Pufendorf.
Same handwriting as MS 378. The text starts abruptly at the end of a paragraph 5 in a chapter 5. It ends with a note 'Finis libri primi'. I thus assume that MS 378 which starts at the beginning of a 'Liber secundus' continues the text of the present MS. Quotes 'Boechers, ad Grotium' (pag. 458).
[{i}Chapter headings:{/i}] Cap. vi, de non laedendis aliis. Cap. x, de officio sermocinantium (pag. 419). Cap. xi, de officio jurantium. Cap. xii, de officio circa acquirendum rerum dominium (pag. 449)
