In the first that my lord sit doun in presens of all his tenentis, and first name ane baillie, and cause him to be sworne, and sic lik a clerk, serjande, and dempstare, ane or ma as he thinkis. And gif he hes ony baillie or officiare of aulde, caus thame be new sworne be him gif thai war unsworne of befoir, and of thair swering tak instrumentis, etc
