Consilium: in causa testamenti Johannis de Lignano . Mainly against the defendants, but nevertheless conceding to them a right to dwell on the premises and to draw their sustenance from there, because the testator cannot reasonably have wanted, when the male line of a descendant dies out, that then the female offspring of that descendant be left destitute and deprived of any sustenance.

Autograph with seal. Dated a.1485_07_03. Discussed by Brix, 2016. The document was folded twice, vertically. The text ends on fol. 457r. Fol. 458-460 served as a wrapper. When the document was handed in, its bifolia were attached to each other by means of a thread. Two holes from that stitching can still be seen on the inner margins of fol. 456.
