The index on fol. 330r describes the item on former fol. 163 as follows: 'Allegationes circa rem dotalem alienatam, interveniente consensu et renuntiatione, etc.'. The subsequent fol. 387v contains an arbitration in the same case, a.1411. On fol. 388r, in a note for the higher Court, the two arbiters explain the reasons for their decision
