Consilium on a testament of 1382. The index on fol. 330r gives a long abstract of argument in the litigation. The text is written down the double length of the paper instead of folding the paper so that it could be used as a bifolium, as usual. Therefore the bookbinder had to stitch right through the middle of the text and bind the sheet into the volume at right angles to the other items
