Informatio iuris: in causa testamenti Johannis de Lignano , coram Antonio Trivultio (1504/5-1522). For the plaintiff Antonius Maria, against the two defendant females. Famous case, discussed in detail by Thomas Brix in a publication 2016. The present MS preserves other two informationes iuris in this case (fol. 406r-v, 417r-v; 480r-485v) and ten consilia (fol. 88r-106v, 405r-v et 418r-v, 406r-v et 417r-v, 439r-477r, and 487r-497r). All these had so far not been known: see McCall, 'John of Legnano'; Schulte, Geschichte II 258 quotes from Fantuzzi p. 33 that the testament gave rise to a law suit in which many famous jurists gave their opinion, but nothing more. In addition, Brix found four more consilia to this case in printed editions: in volumes of consilia by Bartholomaeus Socinus, Carolus Ruinus, Petrus Philippus Corneus, Johannes Crottus
