Consilium: de constitutione 'Cum Matthaeus' (Extrav. comm. 5.3.3) , written as a constituent part of the collection fol. 18r-351v. The same consilium also occurs in Vat. lat. 1570 at fol. 32v-34r, but two authors' names are spelled differently. Furthermore, the Collection incorporates two indexes to texts which are not contained in this manuscript:

Fol. 301v: a list of nineteen extravagantes of John XXII, glossed by Jesselin de Cassagnes, found 'in libro domini Cerafini'. The reference is to the Extravagantes Johannis XII papae, but with one decree missing: 'Ecclesiae Romanae' (Extrav. Jo. XXII 2 un.). The list also notes that the manuscript of Dominus Cerafinus contained the apparatus of Guilielmus de Montelauduno on four extravagantes of John XXII: 'Suscepti regiminis', 'Execrabilis' (twice), and 'Sedes apostolica'. The second mention of 'Execrabilis' probably refers to the declaratio on the decree (printed in sixteenth-century editions of the Extravagantes communes as part of the gloss on 'Execrabilis).

Fol. 302r-305v: an index of decrees concerning religious orders.

Bibliography: This collection has not been edited, but many of the decrees were included in the Extravagantes Johannis XXII or the Extravagantes communes; see Friedberg, CIC II col. 1205-1312. The decrees of the Council of Constance are printed in Mansi, Collectio 27 col. 519-1240. For bibliography on late medieval collections of extravagantes see Vat. lat. 2548
