Tractatus de clericis: fragm. - to be identified. Fragment from Book 'III'. Fascicles: one binio at front, all others are quaterniones. No reclamants. Decoration of initial letters shows fashion of saec. XIV.

The text starts abruptly in a chapter on ordaining manumitted slaves. This chapter is heavily loaded with references to Roman law. All parts of Corpus iuris civilis are quoted. First words: 'fieri semper, tam diebus feriatis quam non feriatis'. Refers back to rubrics higher up which have no parallel in collections of Decretales: supra de negotiis secularibus(?). Supra de curia. Fol. 1va: Rubrica De corpore viciatis (X.1.11). Thereafter (without rubric) de filiis presbyterorum (X.1.17). Fol. 3r Rubrica De eo ... (washed out). Text: Si quis adultus dum sanus esset distulit baptizari ... Rubrica De peregrinis et ignotis. Rubrica De etate ordinandorum. Rubrica De impedimento sexus. Fol. 9 text: Post tractatum omnium impedimentorum subiungitur quoddam impedimentum quasi conclusio.
