Additiones ad Decretalium Librum Sextum

Additiones ad Decretalium Librum Sextum . Obviously entered by users. Many different hands. Often with reference to literature, e.g. Speculum iudiciale by Guilielmus Durantis, commentaries by 'Archidiaconus' = Guido de Baisio, 'Cardinalis', Johannes Calderinus, 'Hostiensis' = Henricus de Segusio, Johannes Andreae, Innocentius IV papa.

The MS was used by a law teacher. See his scribblings to prepare his lectures, in thin writing in free space close to the text columns, e.g. fol. 12v-13r: 'Hic etiam pono casum'. 'Hic pono alium casum'. 'Hic pono casum' (twice). 'Hic pono casum, et c. pars xi.'. On fol. 104va-105va the law teacher subdivides his lesson on VI.2.15.3 into eleven portions: 'Secunda pars', etc., 'xi. pars'. Such notes by his hand are frequent. E.g. example fol. 8vb: 'Secunda pars prin.'
