Lectura Digesti veteris : (D.19.1.1 - D.)

Incipit:

  • Si uenditor est in mora [and then:] tradendi rem, potest conueniri ad interesse
  • Si res uendita

Lectura Digesti veteris: (D.19.1.1 - D.) . Possibly penned by the same hand as fol. 215r-230r. The text breaks off incomplete in D.19.1.11, with a reclamant 'quid repungnet'. Each explanation is preceded by the respective text's lemma, in characters in upper case. This habit of the scribe ends on fol. 237. Thereafter there are just blank spaces left for the lemma. In some of them, tiny characters in faint ink indicate the lemma. Last instance: on fol. 240r after line 16, there is a free space with tiny characters 'Ex empto' = lemm of D.19.1.11
