Apparatus ad Codicem Justinianum : fragm.

Apparatus ad Codicem Justinianum: fragm. , in part worn off and therefore difficult to identify. It cites Johannes Bassianus. The shape of handwriting and the context suggest that this should be text from the apparatus of Accursius to C.9.51. In the legible parts of the text, however, I did not find sequences of words to match such sequences in the printed text of the accursian gloss
