Glossae ad Codicem Justinianum
Author(s):
Glossae ad Codicem Justinianum . Pre-accursian glosses, written on the margins and between the lines. One hand wrote on the right margin a notabile (with red initial letter, decorated with a vertical blue stroke), and several allegationes. The latter use an old-fashioned shape of abbreviated D for Digesta which was common in the middle of the 12th century. In addition, two such allegationes start with a paragraph mark (a fashion which died out in saec. XII medies). Another hand added many interlinear glosses and some on the margins. They start with a different shape of paragraph mark, commonly used shortly before and after 1200. Sigla: y and yr. Individual other glosses may have been added by still other hands.
