Consilia et alia legalia originalia, 14 volumina. Analysed in detail by Vincenzo Colli. Twelve of these volumes turned out to be "Libri minutari Consiliorum" of Baldus, originating from his private archive. Colli ascertained that the series in the archive had been compiled in chronological order, in two parts. (I) Transcripts of Consilia issued in Perugia (before 1390) were bound in eleven volumes, numbered (a)-(l), namely: (a) = today Barb. lat. 1405; (b) missing; (c) = Barb. lat. 1403; (d) = Barb. lat. 1399; (e) = Barb. lat. 1402; (f) = Barb. lat. 1401; (g) = Barb. lat. 1412; (h) = Barb. lat. 1407; the remaining three volumes (i), (k), (l), however, are missing. (II) Transcripts of Consilia issued in Pavia (a.1390 onwards) were bound in Barb. lat. 1410 (a.1391 ss.); Barb. lat. 1404 (a.1393 ss.); Barb. lat. 1408 (a.1396 ss.); Barb. lat. 1406 (mutilated); Barb. lat. 1409 (a.1400). Baldus' son Franciscus added 'notabilia' to the individual consilia, and he took these 'notabilia' over into an index called 'Margarita consiliorum' - which is preserved (in mutilated state) in Barb. lat. 1400 fol. 35-59.
