Decisiones Rotae Romanae novae - Conclusiones decisionum Rotae . The manuscript was acquired from Spain.

The author's text (originally in chronological order) is here re-arranged according to subject matters (as in many other MSS). The original beginning of the text can be found on fol. 73v.

Interspersed: some rubrics in red ink. Some (but not all) agree to titles in the Decretales Gregorii IX papae. Their order in this MS differs from the Decretales.

Reclamants under the inner third of the text, near to the sheet's lower rim. After fol. 132v (reclamant 'capitulum sede') the text is bound in disorder and gatherings are missing - as follows: Fol. 133r-145v 'opinionem' to end of text; fol. 193r 'contineatur', reclamant fol. 204v 'iudicis supra allegat.'; fol. 205 'dictos doctores', reclamant fol. 216v 'huiusmodi resignacione'; fol. 217 'tum quia maior', reclamant fol. 28v 'de proba. et de'; fol. 229 starts 'et in c. Cum contingat', and the text breaks off after fol. 232 in a conclusio starting 'Item fuit dubitatum utrum, si agatur inter prepositum alicuius ecclesie cathedralis, qui de consuetudine' etcetera 'omnes domini dixerunt opinionem glosse ordinarie prestanciorem'
