Summa Decreti: fragm. , from a not yet identified old Summa. Sachsse wrote in a note which is kept in the present MS that the fragment covers Decr.Grat. C.24 q.1 c.21 - C.24 q.3 c.6, and that the text quotes 'ut dicit R' (twice) - but Sachsse had looked in vain for parallels in the Summa Rolandi and in the Summa Rufini. Cf. Seckel, Dist. 290.
