Ordo iudiciarius: fragm. : altogether 15 sheets. The text was edited by Ludwig Wahrmund, Quellen zur Geschichte des römisch-kanonischen Prozesses im Mittelalter, vol. III.1, Innsbruck 1916. In the MS from where the sheets originated, the entire work probably covered 24 sheets of parchment, gathered in seniones. I identfied 14 of the 15 sheets. One bifolium holds the beginning of the work, connected to p.133 LXXV. The second bifolium holds p.14 VII, connected to p.155 LXII. The third bifolium holds p.21 XIII, connected to p.100 LII. The fourth bifolium holds p.31 XVII, connected to a not-yet-identified sheet; the fifth bifolium's one sheet holds p. 48 XXVIII, but its other sheet is either lost or not yet identified. The sixth bifolium holds p.53 XXXI and is connected to p.87 XLIV. Furthermore I identified a single sheet holding the end of the work (from p.250 CLXXVIII onward) and one bifolium holding p.147 LXXXIV 'Forma apostolorum' - p.161 XCI 'Forma appellationum contra inquisitores', connected to a sheet whose contents have not yet been identified.
