Additiones ad Lecturam Codicis Justiniani Alexandri Tartagni
Author(s):
Additiones ad Lecturam Codicis Justiniani Alexandri Tartagni . Written in the margins and in blank spaces. Most additions belong to the literary genre of 'Notabilia'. Many other additions, however, refer to parallel texts in writings by other authors (Bartolus, Baldus, Angelus de Ubaldis, Ludovicus Romanus, Cardinalis, etc.), or to remarks which Felinus himself wrote elsewhere.
E.g. pars II, fol. (D.22.6). Fellinus. (Later, Felinus added two lines:) ... Dixi post Bartolum in lege Qui a latronibus, ff. de testa. (D.28.1.13).
The catalogue states that there are "continui riferimenti alla propria attività di Rota". I cannot confirm this. The word "Ro.", Roma." in the additions rather refers to writings by Ludovicus Pontanus (Romanus). In one case the word refers to the collection of Decisiones Rotae Romanae by Guilielmus Horborch, a.1376 ss.: ...
Author(s): Felinus Sandeus - a.1487-1503 auditor Sacrae Romanae Rotae
