Incipit:
Ius proprium Scotiae - Treatise "Minor practicks" .
Old foliation in ink 1-15, counting from what is today regarded as the end of the volume towards the middle. The scribe who penned the index of chapters (fol. 99v-98r) obviously had a complete text of Hope's "Minor practicks" before him, with net text written on at least 117 leaves - most of which were therafter lost. The volume in its present form, in contrast, has only 101 leaves. I thus assume that the present volume consists of remnants of two formerly separate volumes, bound together.
