Ius proprium Scotiae - Tractatus de iudicibus 'Omnis qui iudicare debet, stateram in manu gestet'

Ius proprium Scotiae - Tractatus de iudicibus 'Omnis qui iudicare debet, stateram in manu gestet' .

In 162 rubrics, ending with date a.1546 and a scribe's name Henricus de Aytonia. This cannot refer to the date of the present MS. It must thus have been copied from the text in the model MS. Another MS, Glasgow, UL, Murray 548 has the same note, on fol. 293v. I therefore deem that both MSS derive from the same model MS which was penned in 1546
