Speech on Libri Feudorum 1.22. The text constitutes here a first appendix to Sir John Scot of Scotstarvet's 'Trew relation'.
Page 24 contains quotations which have been badly garbled either by the scribe or already by the original reporter. 'Bardus' = Bartolus de Saxoferrato. 'Baldus' = Baldus de Ubaldis, but no details are given. 'Lib. 10. tit. de verb. oblig.' should of course read Lex 10, ff. de verborum obligationibus [D.45.1.10]. 'Phelinus' is Felinus Sandeus, the most cited commentator of canon law. 'Alexander, decisiones' refers to the very often cited collection of Consilia by Alexander Tartagnus. For 'Amdopax, decisions' I have not yet come up with a solution. The garbled 'Dodrius in the decision 221' might mean (David) Mevius, Decisiones (Wismarienses)
